It is so special when I have return clients in the studio. Not only do I love to reconnect with my babes, but I also love to catch up on where life has taken them and ask them all of the important questions again. Time changes us, life changes us. Sometimes it feels hard, sometimes it feels amazing. But no matter where you are, if you are reading this, you have a reason to celebrate. No matter where you want to be, you have a reason to love yourself as you are RIGHT NOW.
C’s first boudoir shoot with me was before her wedding years ago as a soon to be Mrs. As much as I loved her first shoot, we have BOTH grown and changed so much so I was thrilled when she was ready to book her second shoot! We had an amazing time on a moody day, her outfits were 10/10, I can’t wait to show you these gorgeous boudoir photos!

What was your favorite part of the Blush & Tease Experience?
“Honestly, the thrill of doing something like a photo shoot in lingerie is so great! I loved being pushed outside my everyday comfort zone and doing something that made me grow and it also boosted my confidence! Adena and her team make you feel like a damn QUEEN! It’s nice to be pampered once in a while!”
Did you have any hesitations about booking your session?
“Doing a second shoot was something I knew I wanted to do someday, but I kept pushing it off. I was worried my new body shape since becoming a mom would disappoint me or make me feel less confident at the shoot but I was totally wrong! My body produced life and that’s a beautiful thing…something to celebrate!”
What was the best part about working with Adena?
“Adena honestly has the biggest heart and she will be your number one fan through it all. It isn’t the fake small talk hype you get from a stranger, she really LOVES her clients and what she does. She gives her honest opinion along with giving you options to empower you!!”
What did you think when you first saw your photos?
“WOW! When Adena sent me my sneak peeks I could not stop looking at them! It had a funny way of making things come full circle for me. I’ve been struggling with my “new” body since having my son along with my weight gain due to fertility medications. Seeing those pictures made me so proud of myself and what I’ve been through. I couldn’t believe that was actually me. I’ve self declared myself as a hot mom.”
(Um, yeah, we ALLLL agree!)
“I have been through a lot this past year with my body. The struggle of dealing with fertility issues is hard not only mentally but physically on your body. As it was stated at the Be You Beautifully event, being at a constant war with your body is hard. Your body being the issue you cannot grow your family and give your son a sibling is devastating and the love you once had for your body can start to dwindle away. My second shoot with Adena really let me “re-see” my beauty, curves, strength and desires through someone else’s eyes. It was so refreshing and SO NEEDED. It was so therapeutic for me. It helped me remember that I’m not only a mom, a wife or someone that is struggling in more ways than one….but I am a woman that has so much potential and I am so much more than what I feel in the repetition of everyday life.”
