Challenge #28 is to add something to your morning routine!
We did this to our evening routine a couple of weeks ago and it was so great to see what you all implemented to create a calmer space for you to start to rest at night. The morning is completely different. Some of you may wake up and hit the ground running, or maybe you've figured out how to start it nice and slow. Either way, finding a moment to show up for yourself before the day is swept away in the craziness of life is SO IMPORTANT!
What does your morning routine look like right now? What are your non-negotiables? What do you feel like you could benefit from adding to your AM?
I saw this on instagram and I wanted to share it with you because as I always say, we are ALL so different. I think it is a great tool to point you in the direction of what you need. So whether you're starting your routine from scratch or your adding something to your already planned out morning, I hope it can feel like a little spark of self love & self care before you go about your day.
