It's Day 18 and it's a one word challenge. Stretch.

 

Seriously, it sounds so simple. If it was so simple, wouldn't we do it every day? Stretching helps relieve stress, enhances blood flow to your muscles, helps your joints, makes you rest better. Is there anyone who doesn't need these things?!

 

You can light candles, you can put on music, you can follow a YouTube video, I don't care how you do it, just spend some time stretching.

 

Give yourself a moment. Be in your body. And stretch.
