After Hours – Denver Boudoir Photographer

Women and sexuality. Oh, where to start. I’m not about to say I’m an expert on this. But its something that is a part of our existence. It’s something you wish you had more drive for, or maybe something you wish you could tame. Hey, maybe you’ve found that perfect balance, we applaud you (wish a slightly jealous smile).

If you follow my blog you’ve already read what Blush & Tease sessions are all about. Sure, most consider it ‘boudoir’ photography, but I hope you’ve learned its so much more than that. Its a vulnerable experience to capture your honest beauty. We dig deep to find out what part of yourself you want to see and feel during this experience. And then, we freeze it in time forever. Some women want to see grace, timelessness, class. Others long to see themselves as confident, independent and strong. I have clients who want to see themselves in their natural beauty, tank top and panties or rolling in the sheets. So maybe they bring a long elegant silk robe, maybe its a strappy body suit that makes everyone’s jaw drop, or maybe its their favorite little black dress. No matter what my clients choose to focus on, they come out of the experience with new eyes for themselves. Empowered to look in the  mirror a different way. And THIS is why I love my job.

But today I’m announcing a new experience. Let me explain. There is a moment at the end of some of my Blush & Tease sessions that turns a corner. Instead of focusing on the amazing, beautiful woman they are…we capture a few shots of pure sex goddess! Let’s be honest, we all want to see ourselves in that light! But rarely do we find a safe place to do that. If you’re anything like me, let’s just leave the lights off. But, oh, to see ourselves in THIS light is empowering on a different level.

I think so many times in our crazy lives we forget that we are sexual beings. Maybe you were taught that this sin’t acceptable for a woman. Or you’re among a huge group who watched that side of themselves fade after becoming a mom. Maybe this is a side of yourself you’ve never seen or MAYBE, lucky one, you know you’ve got this and you’re proud of it!

So what is Blush & Tease : After Hours?

This is a one time (for now) boudoir event in Denver that gives you a chance to see this version of yourself. We will be using deep shadows and super steamy poses. My goal is that when you see your pictures, you see yourself in a light that makes you proud to be a sexual being.

Wait. This all sounds way too serious. I should clear that up right now, we are going to have SO MUCH FUN! There will be laughing and music (and maybe a sore back the next day) haha! The experience itself will be empowering and such a blast! The images though, might leave you speechless, maybe blushing, but confident to leave the lights on.
